A keyword research tool is a software program that finds specific words from Search Engines.

It is used for getting your website ranked higher with Google, Bing, or Yahoo. If your website is ranked higher it will be moved up in the search pages. So if someone types in a word like “Teaching Esl ” the search engine will find that word or words and help you find the information you are looking for.

If your website is close to the top of the page that is searched or even number 1, you will have more people look at your website.

When you have more people look at your website there is a better chance that someone will buy a product from your website

Jaaxy is a very easy keyword research tool to use. Yet it is extremely powerful and it provides a wealth of information.

How do I use Jaaxy?

First, you type in your keyword or phrase. Next, you click on the blue tab “Find Keywords” This will then generate a list of keywords and suggestions you can use. The three main headings are Avg, Traffic and QSR.

Different Ways to Make Money.

When talking “Affiliate Marketing” most of us (myself included) have or had a blinkered view on how we make money.

The “traditional” view was, that we choose a niche and find products that complement that niche. Then promote and sell those products by using the tools available like “Jaxxy” ( a keyword finder) and various SEO techniques to promote our content.

However, there are many different ways we can generate a dollar or two (Million). Some of these ways include….

  • Writing books and selling them via Amazons “Kindle Direct Publishing“
  • Flipping and developing websites. In other words purchasing a new website for around $20.00 and developing the website until it is earning a $100 to $500 a month. Then selling it via a platform like “Flippa” for 2+ to 3 times its annual turnover. The most simple and widely-used formula in the website acquisition space has long been a valuation method based on an earnings multiplier. This method states that a website’s worth is between 2 and 3 times its annual profit. Source; “Flippa”. So, if your website is “turning over” $6,000 a year, you should get about $14,000 to $16,000 for it—a potential profit of $15,980. When you are sitting on 100 websites, (like a friend of mine) you start making a good income.
  • Conducting training courses on any particular topic. One gentleman I know is making good money on doing online training for guitar players.
  • A man called “Roope” for whom English is a second or third language makes staggering amounts of money promoting Wealthy Affiliate and other online money-making ideas on YouTube.
  • Managing other peoples and other companies’ websites. Managing new content and preventing any problems from happening and charging an appropriate fee for “crisis management” of a website.
  • Advertising. This could be through Google “Adsense” or “Ezoic” or “Microsoft Advertising“. There are many different platforms and you choose who you feel most comfortable with. It’s imperative, in my opinion, to choose a platform that takes into account the context of your work and the preferences of your readership. Every choice has subtle differences and fulfills distinct purposes. My recommendation? Make an informed decision about which platform, or mix of platforms, best meets the goals of your website after thoroughly understanding them.
  • My niche is ESL or “English as a Second Language” in Vietnam. And with the help of my website and posts, I place teachers into various schools around Vietnam as well as introduce people to Wealthy Affiliate.

There are many different ways you can make money online. These are but a few. so when I hear people say that “Affiliate marketing” is “washed up” or “on the ropes”, it makes me laugh as there are unlimited ways you can make money.
