Road warriors who love Chrome | Drop and Die.

Spread the love

Are you a road warrior who loves Chromebooks.

If you love your chrome and also pack a laptop, this is the way to go.

Don’t miss out on this freaking fantastic Best Buy price on a Chromebook for simple chores. The 14-inch Lenovo Chromebook 3 is available for $189. That’s a savings of $130 off the $319 Maximum Store Retail Price

This laptop has a lot of good features, including 4GB of RAM, 64GB of onboard storage, and a 14-inch 1080p display. However, the onboard storage employs eMMC technology, which makes it slower than a true SSD—though this is not uncommon in Chromebooks.

The MediaTek MT8183 CPU, on the other hand, is a Chromebook-specific eight-core ARM processor (four Cortex-A73 and four Cortex-A53) with a clock speed of up to 2GHz.

This is not the Chromebook for you if you want to be super productive. This laptop isn’t designed to run a lot of Linux desktop applications. But it’ll do for basic online browsing, email, Google Docs editing, and Android apps, as long as you don’t try to open 50 tabs at once.

It also has all of the benefits of a Chromebook, such as quick startup speeds, an efficient and simple onboarding process, and a high level of built-in security.

This Chromebook is certainly worth a look if you don’t want to spend more than $200 on a Chromebook.

But if you fall off your Chopper or just drop it, replacement is cheap.
